The NL Leert Door scheme offers both working people and jobseekers the opportunity to request development advice or to follow training to keep a job. This applies not only to employees, flex workers, self-employed workers and entrepreneurs, but also to people who currently have no work: anyone from 18 years to the retirement age with a relationship to the Dutch labor market can request free development advice from qualified career counselors. In addition, this autumn it is possible to follow free (online) training activities. View the options on Hoewerktnederland.nl. To participate in a development process, you only need to register with a career advisor. The career advisor registers the process, applies for a subsidy and takes care of the administration.
